I started training with Pat as I wanted to get leaner for an upcoming holiday and I was amazed at what I had achieved over 9 weeks of training together. 

Pat did her best to understand my life and then worked everything around me and how I lived and we knew instantly what things we needed to change.  

She was always there for support if needed, like help choosing the healthiest option when going out for dinner or simply knowing some tricks to manage a very busy weekend involving lots of temptations, and the weekly check-ins helped me stay accountable throughout the whole process.

Pat taught me so much throughout the process about nutrition, training and mind-set that she has enabled me to carry on the small habits on my own and maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle.

When I discovered Pat's body pump class I got hooked instantly.Then I found out that she was also a PT and I jumped at the chance to start training with her.

Although I was going to the gym 4 times a week I struggled to shift the stubborn flab. My first session with her was about 9 months ago and Within 6-8 weeks I lost 5 kilos! In the first 3 months she helped me to completely transform my body. My weight loss tapered off by the end of month 3 and stayed the same, however, I dropped two dress sizes and continued to tone up.

When I went on an extended stay with my family every single person commented on how well I looked, and I know they were telling the truth. My shoulders and arms were showing muscle definition, my tummy was almost as flat as before I had my children, my legs toned up and my glutes were shrinking too; I also have a lot more energy. I now fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes and I even have to have some of them altered to fit me properly, as they are too loose. I posted a picture of me in the gym online and one of my friends told me she felt inspired by it to join the gym. 

Pat helped me with nutritional advice, to understand and conquer bad habits and to form new ones; it was absolutely essential to my success. She is always approachable and available to answer my questions and reassure me, she has a very professional attitude and a real care for her clients. I feel great in my body and so much more confident in the gym.  I have an awful lot to thank Pat for, and I'm very grateful that she took me on as a client. I now consider her being a friend, not just a PT.

I have been training with Pat for over 2 years. When we started she was quick to point out flaws in my technique. I quickly realized that the advice made sense but most importantly, it helped focus my efforts on the correct muscle groups, resulting in notable efficiency gains that produced a visible body improvement over the next few weeks.

Her advice also helped me correct adverse movements that I later realized had been affecting my back and often causing lasting pain. She puts much attention on every movement I do during my exercises, ensuring that I do not reverse any gains attained.

Pat is also a very professional PT who makes a genuine effort to help me achieve my goals in a holistic manner, including by providing advice on nutrition and other activities I can do to complement my training. Now I am part of her Facebook group, where she shares many more tips on nutrition and keep us motivated in the pursuit of our health goals.

Pat is an excellent trainer who really cares about her clients physical, mental and emotional well being. She has realistic expectations of people's connection with food and exercise, tailoring fitness programmes to meet individual needs, and providing great advice and tips on diet, which are achievable, realistic and meal ideas which are healthy but yummy.

She is skilled, thoughtful and sensible, very warm and personable, and a real pleasure to work with. She is a true believer in making fitness and diet enjoyable, meaning that clients find the experience pleasurable.

She is passionate about fitness and it shows in the enthusiasm which she brings to each training session. She motivates you to push past your perceived limits to get results. There are a number of exercises which I never in my wildest dreams thought that I could do, but with her direction, I am now confident doing them.

Whatever your goals are, she listens and identifies ways to help you reach them. It's a blessing having her as my personal trainer!
