I’m originally from Spain, where I studied Advertising and Public Relations - but my heart was always in fitness. I moved to the UK in 2008 and followed my true passion, qualifying as a personal trainer in 2009 and beginning my journey in the fitness industry.
Growing up, I played football from a very young age well into my 20s, and that love for movement has never left me. Today, I’m all about helping others discover how strong and capable they truly are - especially through strength training, which changed my own life.
As a mum of two young children, I know firsthand how busy life can get. That’s why I believe fitness should fit into your life, not take it over. My goal is to help you feel good, confident, and proud of what your body can do - without restriction or pressure.
